Aloha Waikiki Beach Gathering Ohana,
Praise the Lord our government is still allowing in-person spiritual services with no numerical restrictions.
Mayor Caldwell has ordered that face masks are mandatory for all in-person spiritual services. This means for all of our in-person gatherings, including connect groups, face masks are required.
We will continue gathering on Sundays at 4PM on the front lawn of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church at 1404 University Avenue. They have provided their parking lot for our use, and no bathroom access so be prepared for that.
Out of respect for our governing authorities and out of our mission of loving others, especially those who are most vulnerable, the following changes will be made to our in-person gatherings until further notice.
Face masks are mandatory at all of our in-person gatherings.
If you feel sick in any way do not attend our in-person gatherings.
Let’s throw shakas instead of handshakes or hugs.
The welcome person will distribute hand sanitizer to each person as they arrive.
Chairs will be spaced 6 feet apart to promote social distancing. People living in the same household may sit closer together.
No microphones will be shared.
Food will only be distributed by someone wearing gloves.
Sunday sermons will be posted by Monday each week on YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts.
