The Story of the Box Truck

In February 2025, we officially decided that we were going to start raising funds for a box truck and we prayed we'd be able to buy one within the year.
This purchase was needed because:
- Our current storage trailer was completely full, so we weren't able to bring more equipment to our gatherings.
- Our storage trailer was over the maximum weight capacity, so it was a hazard to drive because it could break down.
- And we were dependent on Petey using his personal pickup truck every Sunday to haul the storage trailer, and we had been for 6 years.
In October 2025, thanks to the generosity of many people, we raised enough funds to purchase the box truck and we did!
It was a miracle, the box truck had all the specifications we were looking for and more:
- Isuzu 2023 NPR-XD
- 16 feet
- Dual axle
- with a power lift
- located on Oahu
- and only 4,000 miles!

The total price to purchase the box truck was $60,000.
In order to purchase the box truck we had to take out a loan for part of the payment totaling $21,000.
All donations made to the box truck fund will be used to pay off this loan.

Yes, we are celebrating along the way! When we reach each goal we will party!
$5,000 - Ice Cream Sunday - completed June 29th, 2025
$20,000 - 50 free WBG hats given away on a Sunday - completed November 9th, 2025
$40,000 - 50 free WBG t-shirts given away on a Sunday
$60,000 - Video/Board/Party Game Day at the Movie Theatre
