LAST FRIDAY NIGHTS
Last Friday Night is our every other month worship and testimony night where we create real authentic community with one another. The gathering starts with hanging out at the pool and hot tubs while eating free pizza together. Then we sing worship songs and have Communion. The highlight of our time together is hearing a testimony from our featured speaker of the night. This person from the Gathering shares deeply about what Jesus is doing in their life and afterwards we break into groups with those around us for reflection and prayer. Last Friday Night is a special time together as a church where we get real with God and each other.
SURFING SUNDAYS
Every other month we schedule a Sunday where we make sure we all paddle out to surf at the same time before the Gathering. We surf Publics surf spot which is right at our Gathering Spot. On shore we grill out free cheeseburgers for everyone and play yard games. We are a beach church and this our favorite beach event.
COLLEGE OUTREACH
We naturally reach a lot of young adults! We have an official partnership with a Christian campus ministry called Cru at the University of Hawaii. We also have a connection with the Christian Student Organization at Hawaii Pacific University. You are invited to be a part of our college outreach during the week.
WAIKIKI OUTREACH
Every Sunday we are doing homeless ministry and evangelism ministry in our Waikiki community. We gather outside in public on purpose to bring the church to the people. We are a church without walls and every Sunday there are opportunities to share your faith. You can join a serving team to be a part of making this weekly ministry happen. JOIN A GROUP!
We are a simple church with limited events on purpose. We encourage people to organically hang out and form friendships. The best way to do this is by joining a connect group or discipleship group! Each group has their own group chat and people within the groups are always inviting everyone to go out to eat, surf, hike, and have fun.
